"I used to play a lot of sport, and when I had to stop, I use to go to the gym in order to keep some level of fitness going. However I found it a bit boring training by myself and couldn't push myself enough to achieve the level I wanted... Training sessions are fun, you learn a lot, and he definitely pushes you to a greater level of fitness. Plus he [CJ] never shows off in front of you!, and is always very helpful.
I had had two injuries, a pulled hamstring and a trapped nerve in my neck. Both injuries were well looked after and subsequent training sessions catered for their strengthening and better mobility.
