The difference between training for Sports Specific Strength & Conditioning, and Personal Training is quite distinct. Generally, Personal Training is geared towards improvements in aspects of Health related physical fitness, to promote well being, and longevity of life. Without a doubt, sport is chaotic, so you need to ensure that your body is prepared to take on the demands place on it. Sport Specific Strength and Conditioning is concerned with improvements in sport performance and ability, focusing on fundamental aspects such as:

Balance, Reaction Time, Endurance, Speed, Power, Coordination & Agility

In terms of performance, this can mean the difference between success and failure, longevity or brevity in your sporting career - professional or amateur. CJS Fitness can work along side your existing Sports Coach to enable you or your team to achieve optimal performance, and greater success.

Personal Training

Whether your primary goal is to improve health, look and feel better about yourself, or weight management, Personal Training can be a fun and ideal way to help accelerate your way to success. Personal Training will tackle health related components of fitness, be it muscular strength and endurance, cardiorespiratory fitness, flexibility or body composition, or less face it, if you just want a better looking body! It can challenge you in new, and effective ways, designed to keep you motivated and interested in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Personal Training sessions can occur an individual, or small group basis (4 people maximum)
