Recommended associate trainers, therapists and martial artists
Trainers and Therapists within this section, are here because of the high standard of their work and the integrity they possess as professionals. I have worked with, or used the services of all the professionals below and can not recommend them enough. They all work independently of CJS Fitness, and their practices do not necessarily reflect the thoughts of CJS Fitness (you can't take credit for everything!). Neither have any of the Trainers or Therapists paid to be on this site. Rest assured only seasoned professionals, who live and breathe what they practice will be included here.

Jonathan Lewis
Chartered PhysiotherapistRussian Kettlebell Instructor
T: 020 7627 2308
www.islondon.co.uk
Jonathan "The Scourge Of South London" Lewis is a strength and conditioning coach as well as a Chartered physiotherapist. He wants to see clients work for usable strength, athleticism, life long joint health and mobility.
The tools for this job vary with your needs and what you have available but will always include free movement of your body. Athletic movement is the foundation for all else. Bodyweight strength and fitness drills are by no means an easy option and for many it is often enough! For others kettlebells and other demanding devices satisfy a need for a different kind of intensity.
Jonathan has trained men, women and children from a multitude of backgrounds. Sporting (elite and recreational) and non sporting, as well as workers who rely on their physical performance from soldiers to scaffolders, fire fighters to cycle couriers, policemen to farm labourers. The reasons for needing improved performance are many; the solution ALWAYS involves frequent, consistent and intense training performed with good form.
Jonathan is a qualified teacher of kettlebells through the RKC with Pavel Tsatsouline, he has over 20 years of personal experience in strength and conditioning. Five of those years were spent as a Royal Marine Commando, coaching clients since 1993, a physiotherapist since 1996 and always learning.
