In his own words:

"As a PE teacher, personal trainer and fitness enthusiast my training needs to prepare me for the multitude of activities that I particpate in. This might be a basketball game, sprint training or strength training with barbells. I feel that any fitness programme or training should attempt to cover as many components of fitness as possible. Obviously with time being an issue my training and exercise selection has to focus on the movements and activities that cover as many areas of fitness as possible."

"My training tends to concentrate on bodyweight exercises, sprint training (plyometrics, agility runs) and strength training (kettlebells, barbells etc). Some sessions might mix several of these activities in sets or circuits, or the sessions might have a particular focus such as speed and agility with sprint training, agility ladder drills and agility runs. I think it is good to mix it up and have fun so I regularly particpate in a variety of sports at school as well as martial arts and dance sessions. I love exercise, movement and fitness training and feel that it is part of everyday life. I strongly believe that physical activity and a healthy body are linked to mental and spiritual wellbeing."
