The journey so far has lead me to domain of Boxing, Martial Arts, Endurance Running, Strength and Conditioning, and Rehabilitation. Whether as a practitioner or participant, my experience in these diverse fields has armed me with a broad knowledge base, which was in part laid down by the many inspiring professionals and instructors that I have come into contact with during my career."

I get a real buzz from seeing the sense of achievement of an athlete who has attained their personal bests, a fitness enthusiast who has overcome an obstacle or simply having fun moving their body in new and different ways than before, or a client recovering from an injury."

"Once in a while, I'll come into contact with someone who is at a major cross roads in their life, and by managing to start a challenging and effective structured physical fitness program, it somehow has provided clarity in other areas of their life and positively affected their sense of wellbeing. Those moments are rare, but ones I cherish. The empowering effects of physical training and exercise is something that everyone should have the chance to experience."
