So you've got the hang of the essential Kettlebell exercises, good stuff. Now it's time to get creative with your Kettlebells. Going beyond the basics you learn how to juggle with your kettlebells (thats right, juggle!) Explosive 'Hand to Hand' drills (H2H) that will test and improve your agility, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness. This is not for the faint hearted, but for those who revel in the challenge of learning something new and exciting. You also be introduced to effective supplemental Kettlebell exercises, unusual and obscure lifts that will keep you occupied for some time yet. We will also briefly recap some of the material from the Kettlebell Essentials Seminar.

Here's how it works

CJS Fitness - Online Kettlebell Video Coaching

You contact CJS Fitness via Email to schedule your one hour session, which can be either 1-2-1 or a small group of up to four people( if you want to train with friends).

Please note: Once the session has been arranged you will receive a password necessary to Purchase Online

You let us know what you want to get from your session, and we'll structure it accordingly. Want to train with more than four people? Not a problem Contact Us to find out more.

By booking and participating in a video coaching session all the participants are stating that they are fit to do so, and are responsible for their health and wellbeing during the session, this is part of our agreement. Once the session is confirmed, you then purchase your sessions online. At the agreed session time we will contact you via Skype to start the Video Kettlebell Coaching and away we go! Its that simple.
