The principle concept behind CJS Fitness is the expression of human movement, and how we can best utilise our body in our physical fitness routine or chosen sport or activity. Having worked with a diverse clientele, we noted that there were some under lying questions which were universal:
- What type of movement is required for the given activity?
- Is the person physically conditioned to perform the activity?
- Could the person work more effectively while putting in less "effort"?
- Are there any movement patterns that negatively affect performance or could cause injury?
- What type of environmental forces impact the body during the activity?
- How can these forces be minimalised?
- What are the long term effects of the activity on the person's body?
- How can movement and training be adapted for optimal performance?
What we're about?

Ultimately, physical improvement and self empowerment through self management. Self management allows you to take responsibility for doing what it takes to attain your goals and realise your dreams. By responsibility we mean, 'ability to respond', and that's where we can help.
CJS Fitness can provide you with valuable tried and tested training tools, knowledge, and motivation to put you firmly on the road to success. All that's asked is that you provide consistent, concerted effort.
"Success is sweet, but it usually has the scent of sweat about it."

"Having a personal programme and individual advice about my training has increased my confidence in the gym. Cj's endearing patience has been one of the corner stones of any of my successes with my training programme. He is also clearly very experienced and always keeps the training sessions varied (plus he is a lunatic and makes me laugh). I've enjoyed every session, even on those days when I 've had a tiring day at work - that hour has saved me! Thanks and big love!! To anyone thinking of taking up training or doing a seminar with Cj or CJS Fitness I'd say DO IT!! "
